Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns Policy
Due to the personal care, cosmetic, and hygiene nature of our products, we follow strict quality and safety standards.
Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or leaked product
- Missing items in the order
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original invoice must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Sanitary pads and baby diapers
- Personal care and hygiene items once opened
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once:

- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
No refund will be issued, and reshipping charges may apply.
